The Global GCC Summit – 2025

21st November 2025, New Delhi, India

India’s burgeoning Services Sector, led by Global Capability Centres (GCCs), has swiftly emerged as a strategic engine of growth, innovation, and value creation for large and mid-sized corporations worldwide. Moving beyond their original mandate of cost efficiency, GCCs are now playing a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, R&D, and global innovation strategies. With more than 1800 GCCs already established, India has emerged as the largest and fastest-growing hub for GCCs, contributing significantly to the global economy.

The GCCs, which historically were set up as offshore centres for a variety of support functions, now find themselves either spearheading & leading the innovation-led R&Ds for the parent organisations or collaborating with a constellation of R&D hubs spread across the US, Europe, North America and Asia as a pivotal & integral part aligned with the global team.

In this context, the Inductus’ Global GCC Summit – 2025, scheduled on 21st November in New Delhi, seeks to convene a diverse set of stakeholders—Indian and global industry leaders, central and state government functionaries, academia & thought leaders, media, consulates & embassies, and ecosystem enablers—on a common platform. The summit will deliberate on how India can further strengthen its role as a Global Innovation and R&D Hub, while creating value for both large multinational corporations and mid-sized global enterprises.

Objectives

  • To provide a collaborative platform for industry, government, academia, and global industry leaders, media and various other stakeholders to shape the future of GCCs.
  • To highlight India’s unique value proposition as a preferred destination for large and mid-sized global corporates.
  • To explore policy frameworks, governance models, and infrastructure support required for sustainable GCC growth.
  • To showcase India’s transition from a cost-arbitrage destination to a centre for innovation, design, and R&D excellence.
  • To strengthen industry–academia alliances for skilling, research partnerships, and developing a future-ready employable workforce.
  • To foster cross-border collaboration and position India as the epicentre of next-generation innovation-led R&D hub to support the growth of global capability centres.

The Global GCC Summit Awards – 2025

‘The Global GCC Summit – 2025’ seeks to recognise the contributions and commend ‘The Visionary Leaders’ who have been at the forefront of India’s remarkable surge and development of the services sector. This sector has experienced phenomenal growth and rise, preceded by the IT sector and succeeded by the unprecedented growth of GCCs, CoEs, GICs, ODCs, and GBCs in India.

The IT industry has provided a transformative facelift to the country, its skilled workforce, and has played a pivotal role in establishing India and its services sector on the global stage. ‘The Global GCC Summit – 2025’ intends to celebrate the contributions of these Visionary Leaders, who have significantly shaped the dominance of the services sector and positioned India as the ‘Innovation & R&D Hub’, thereby earning it the title of the GCC capital of the world.

We cordially invite the industry fraternity to nominate individuals and organisations that have set new benchmarks for excellence.
