The Global GCC Summit Awards – 2025
‘The Global GCC Summit – 2025’ seeks to recognise the contributions and commend ‘The Visionary Leaders’ who have been at the forefront of India’s remarkable surge and development of the services sector. This sector has experienced phenomenal growth and rise, preceded by the IT sector and succeeded by the unprecedented growth of GCCs, CoEs, GICs, ODCs, and GBCs in India.
The IT industry has provided a transformative facelift to the country, its skilled workforce, and has played a pivotal role in establishing India and its services sector on the global stage. ‘The Global GCC Summit – 2025’ intends to celebrate the contributions of these Visionary Leaders, who have significantly shaped the dominance of the services sector and positioned India as the ‘Innovation & R&D Hub’, thereby earning it the title of the GCC capital of the world.

Nomination Criteria
To be considered for the Global GCC Summit Awards, nominees must meet the following criteria, demonstrating a significant and lasting impact on the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem in India.
- Significant, Milestone-Level Contributions: The nominee should have a demonstrable history of achieving major milestones that have profoundly influenced the services sector’s growth and maturity. This includes pioneering new business models, successfully navigating market shifts, or establishing a new benchmark for operational excellence that others in the industry now follow.
- Leadership in Innovation, R&D, and IP Creation: The nominee must show a proven track record of visionary leadership in driving a culture of innovation. This includes leading teams to create groundbreaking intellectual property (IP), developing cutting-edge R&D initiatives, or spearheading the adoption of advanced automation and technology solutions that have redefined industry standards.
- Impact on Job Creation and Ecosystem Development: The nominee should have made a credible and substantial impact on the ecosystem by fostering growth. This is demonstrated through their direct role in creating a significant number of high-quality jobs, developing talent, and building a supportive environment that has contributed to the overall health and expansion of the GCC sector.
- Pioneering Media Contributions: We also acknowledge and celebrate the pivotal role of media professionals in bringing the GCC ecosystem into the mainstream. This criterion recognizes a media professional who has, through their reporting, analysis, and advocacy, significantly increased Public Government and Industry awareness of the sector’s importance and potential.
