Dr. Kishore Jayaraman, OBE, is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the UK India Business Council (UKIBC), where he leads initiatives to strengthen bilateral trade, investment, and strategic collaboration between the United Kingdom and India. With over 35 years of experience in aerospace, energy, and industrial leadership, he has held senior executive positions with Rolls-Royce and General Electric, overseeing large-scale operations and business growth across global markets.

Before joining UKIBC, Dr. Jayaraman served as President of Rolls-Royce India & South Asia, managing regional operations and strategic partnerships. At UKIBC, he leads advocacy and policy programs focused on enhancing trade frameworks, technology collaboration, and sustainable industrial development. Recognized with the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2022 for his contributions to UK–India economic relations, Dr. Jayaraman continues to play a key role in advancing industry engagement and cross-border partnerships that support long-term economic competitiveness.
