Over nearly two decades, Inductus has grown from a Delhi NCR advisory practice into one of India’s most diversified consulting groups, spanning project management, technology, legal services, global trade, and Global Capability Center enablement. Under founder Alouk Kumar, the group has worked with over 300 clients across governments, multilateral bodies, and multinational corporations, backed by a team of over 1,500 professionals. Inductus GCC, its dedicated arm for this space, is among India’s most trusted enablers for businesses setting up and scaling India operations through its BOT, COPO, and FLEXI models.

Out of this ecosystem comes the Global GCC Summit, Inductus’s flagship platform built to bring policymakers, global operators, and industry bodies into one room to shape where India’s capability center story goes next. Global GCC Summit 2026 is the second edition of that platform, and this year, the spotlight belongs to the global voices carrying the conversation onto the world stage.

How 2026 Builds on 2025

The inaugural Global GCC Summit unfolded on 21 November 2025 at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, under the banner Advantage India. It ran as a single day of keynotes and four flagship panels covering GCCs toward 2040, digital trust and DPDP compliance, talent architecture, and innovation, closing with the launch of the India Rising research compendium and a cross-border partnership with Singapore’s Asteria Visions.

Global GCC Summit 2026 picks up from there with sharper intent. Returning to the Hyatt Regency on 25 September 2026, under the theme Architecting India’s Sunrise Era, this edition trades breadth for precision: four dedicated region-specific forums, a new awards program, and a track built entirely around state-level GCC policy.

Who's in the room?

Global GCC Summit 2026 is built for the people actually making capability-center decisions, not just watching from the sidelines: CEOs steering global expansion strategy, CXOs responsible for GCC operations and technology, industry leaders shaping the GCC 4.0 narrative, embassy representatives from key partner nations, and decision-makers evaluating India as their next capability hub.

Meet the Speakers: Ozlem Buran

Joining from Europe’s policy corridors is Ozlem Buran, who heads the secretariat for the EU-India Digital Policy Dialogue at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and co-leads its global program on digital transformation. A Master of Public Policy graduate from the University of Oxford, Buran has built her career at the intersection of digital governance and international cooperation, with earlier roles spanning GIZ’s ICT sector development work, a policy research fellowship with the UK Cabinet Office, and Berlin’s ReDI School of Digital Integration.

She’s a regular moderator at digital policy forums, known for steering conversations on turning AI regulation into workable governance. At the summit, Buran brings the EU’s data governance lens to a stage focused on how India’s GCCs can scale AI-led delivery responsibly, grounding the ambition of GCC 4.0 in the regulatory realities global enterprises must navigate.

Meet the Speakers: Pierre Arnaud Cassin

Representing the French business ecosystem is Pierre Arnaud Cassin, managing director of Ultraconfidentiel Design Pvt. Ltd., based in New Delhi since January 2012. A French national and graduate of the European Business School, Paris, specializing in international relations and finance, Cassin has spent over a decade building bridges across business circles in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In July 2018, he was appointed Foreign Trade Adviser by the French Prime Minister for the New Delhi region, and since July 2019, he has served as Secretary General of the French Council for Foreign Trade (CCEF) in India. That dual vantage point, as a long-term India resident and an official voice of French trade interests, positions Cassin to speak on what French enterprises look for when evaluating India’s GCC and design ecosystem and where the two economies can deepen their partnership.

AI-Led Transformation and a USD 450 Billion Economy

The throughline across every session at Global GCC Summit 2026 is scale, and AI is the engine behind it. India’s roughly 2,100 GCCs and 2.4 million professionals already generate significant per-capita value, and GCC 4.0 marks a shift from delivery to ownership, with centers expected to lead AI strategy rather than execute someone else’s roadmap.

The boldest projections for 2040 point to a workforce split roughly evenly between core employees, AI agents, and hybrid prosumers, alongside a sector-wide climb to 3,500 GCCs by 2030 and 9,000 by 2040. That trajectory is expected to push the sector’s GDP contribution from around 1.5 percent today toward 7.1 percent, with mid-market firms driving the bulk of that expansion, en route to the USD 450 billion valuation anchoring this year’s theme.

Become a Delegate

Seats at Global GCC Summit 2026 are limited by design: one day, one venue, and a delegate list built around decision-makers rather than headcount. If your organization is exploring India as a GCC destination, scaling an existing center, or simply wants a seat at the region-specific forums shaping GCC policy, registration is open now. Delegate passes include access to all region-specific forums, the awards program, and direct networking with speakers like Buran and Cassin.
